1. Refund Policy

a. Full Refund – Order Not Delivered

  • If your order does not arrive within 45 days from the date of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

b. Partial Refund – Delayed Shipping

  • If your order is delayed and arrives after 30 days, but within 45 days, you may request a refund of the shipping cost as compensation.

2. Return & Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are eligible for a return and/or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The product does not match the description or photos on our website.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. No Refund or Return for Change of Mind

  • If the product matches the description and is not damaged, we do not accept returns or issue refunds simply because the customer no longer wants the item or doesn’t like it.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
